I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and had an amazing experience. the location of this place is perfect as it is close to all the major attractions and situated in a good "local" neighborhood with several interesting restaurants nearby. The staff here are super friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The service, from room service to housekeeping, was top-notch. The room itself was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities, an in-room safe, and a flat-screen TV.

The staff at Hotel De Verdun 1882, BW Signature Collection were friendly and helpful. They provided great recommendations for places to visit in Lyon and made me feel welcomed. The recently refurbished hotel has a boutique feel, and my room was comfortable and provided me with the best night's sleep. I also appreciated the secure underground car park. The breakfast area had a unique and cozy decoration that created a homely atmosphere. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and can't wait to visit again.

On the bright side, the hotel's location was very convenient, being close to both the metro and tram stations. Situated in a charming local neighborhood, there were plenty of interesting restaurants to explore. The nearby shops and restaurants added to the convenience of the location.
The lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably hot during the summer nights. the Wi-Fi signal was quite weak, making it difficult to stay connected.
